How this site handles inquiry information

What we collect

The discovery request form at /book collects business contact information you choose to provide: name, email, organization, role, website (optional), support type, and message.

This form is for healthcare business inquiries only. Do not submit patient, clinical, or other protected health information.

How we use it

Submitted information is used to review and respond to your business inquiry about administrative and operational support services. It may be stored in our hosting environment and delivered to configured notification destinations (such as a webhook or email inbox) so Joyce can follow up.

Where it is processed

This site is hosted on Cloudflare (edge network, D1 database, and related Workers services). Anti-abuse controls may include Cloudflare Turnstile and rate limiting. Specific subprocessors, retention periods, and cross-border processing must be confirmed before publishing a final policy.

Cookies & analytics

Essential hosting and security cookies may be set by the platform. Privacy-friendly analytics (Plausible) loads only when explicitly enabled via environment configuration. No advertising trackers are used.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the discovery form. Access, correction, or deletion requests for inquiry data will be handled once a verified privacy contact and retention procedure are established.

For privacy questions before a dedicated contact is published, use the discovery request form and note that your message is a privacy inquiry — please do not include patient or clinical information.

Updates

This notice may be updated as hosting, lead delivery, analytics, and legal requirements are finalized. A complete Privacy Policy will replace or supplement this page when verified business information is available.
